取样冷却器用于锅炉房或发电厂内汽水化验取样冷却的仪器。取样冷却器,包括冷却水箱、入水管道、法兰盖、出水管道、汇流槽及若干冷却盘管;可以有效的提高水质分析的准确性,同时设备之间连接点简单。

Sampling cooler is an instrument used for sampling and cooling of steam and water in boiler room or power plant. Sampling cooler, including cooling water tank, water inlet pipeline, flange cover, water outlet pipeline, confluence tank and several cooling coils, can effectively improve the accuracy of water quality analysis, and the connection point between equipment is simple.

冷却水箱的顶部设有与法兰盖相连接的盘管口,法兰盖上设有孔,冷却盘管的中部设置于冷却水箱内,冷却盘管的出口端及入口端分别穿过孔延伸至冷却水箱外,其中,冷却盘管的入口与锅炉相连通,冷却盘管的出口位于汇流槽的正上方,冷却盘管中的水通过冷却盘管的出口流入汇流糟内,汇流槽的底部连通有排水管;所述冷却水箱的底部设有入水口,入水管道的出口与冷却水箱的入水口相连通;冷却水箱的顶部还设有出水口,出水管道的入口与冷却水箱的出水口相连通。

The top of the cooling water tank is provided with a coil pipe opening connected with the flange cover, and a hole is arranged on the flange cover. The middle part of the cooling coil pipe is arranged in the cooling water tank.

The outlet end and the inlet end of the cooling coil pipe extend to the outside of the cooling water tank through holes respectively. The inlet of the cooling coil pipe is connected with the boiler. The outlet of the cooling coil pipe is located directly above the confluence trough. The water in the cooling coil pipe flows into the confluence trough through the outlet of the cooling coil pipe, and the bottom of the confluence trough is connected with a drainage pipe.

A water inlet is arranged at the bottom of the cooling water tank, and the outlet of the water inlet pipe is connected with the water inlet of the cooling water tank.

The top of the cooling water tank is also provided with an outlet, and the inlet of the outlet pipe is connected with the outlet of the cooling water tank.

原理

Principle

取样冷却器用于锅炉房或发电厂内汽水化验取样冷却,锅炉及热力系统中的水大都温度较高,而高水温不便于取样,也不便于测定,在取样中应加以冷却,所以要把取样点的样品引进取样冷却器进行冷却,一般要求保证流量在500-700mL/min时,样品能冷取到30-40度以下。

Sampling cooler is used for sampling and cooling of steam and water in boiler room or power plant. Water in boiler and thermodynamic system is mostly high temperature, but high water temperature is not convenient for sampling and determination. It should be cooled in sampling. So sample of sampling point should be introduced into sampling cooler for cooling. Generally, it is required to ensure that when flow rate is 500-700 mL/min, the sample can be cooled to below 30-40 degrees.
