除氧原理
在容器中,溶解于水中的气体量是与水面上气体的分压成正比。采用热力除氧的方法,即用蒸汽来加热给水,提高水的温度,使水面上蒸汽的分压力逐步增加,而溶解气体的分压力则渐渐降低,这样溶解于水中的气体就不断逸出,当水被加热至相应压力下的沸腾温度时,水面上全都是水蒸汽,溶解气体的分压力为零,水不再具有溶解气体的能力,亦即溶解于水中的气体,包括氧气均可被除去。除氧的效果一方面决定于是否把给水加至相应压力下的沸腾温度,另一方面决定于溶解气体的排除速度,这个速度与水和蒸汽的接触表面积的大小有很大的关系。

Introduction

Deaeration Principle
In a container, the amount of gas dissolved in water is proportional to the partial pressure of the gas on the water surface.

Thermal deaeration uses steam to heat feed water, increase the temperature of water, and gradually increase the partial pressure of water vapor on the water surface, while the partial pressure of other gases gradually decreases, so that other gases dissolved in water will continue to escape. When water is heated to the boiling temperature under the corresponding pressure, the water surface is full of water vapor, and the partial pressure of other gases is zero. So water no longer has the ability to dissolve other gases, that is, the gases dissolved in water, including oxygen, can be removed.

On the one hand, the effect of deoxidization depends on whether the feed water is added to the boiling temperature under the corresponding pressure, on the other hand, it depends on the removal rate of dissolved gas, which has a great relationship with the contact surface area of water and steam.
